Oops! I got so busy yesterday I forgot to do a post.
So, for yesterday, I'd like to express how thankful I am for delicious food!
Here in America, we have so many different kinds of restaurants with so many varieties of foods. Yesterday I got to eat some of my favorites- Manny's in downtown KC (good ole Uncle Manny! I love Mexican food!) and Waldo Pizza last night! Mmm- gooey butter cake!!!
I am so thankful that we have so much delicious food here, but I appreciate it even more when I remember that so many people in other countries struggle to get even a slice of bread on the table.
I am so very blessed...
